Porkfish, like all grunts, produce grunt-like sounds by rubbing their teeth together. These sounds seem to be particularly associated with situations of duress. They are the only type of fish to do so in the Atlantic Ocean.

Chill out at Penguin Palooza - presented by Empower Federal Credit Union. Admission includes ice cream tastings from a variety of vendors as well as performances by local entertainment groups, games and entry to the zoo. Throughout the evening attendees will also enjoy animal demonstrations, including a penguin feeding!
