Clownfish and certain damselfish are the only species of fishes that can avoid the potent poison of a sea anemone. This is due to a layer of mucus on the clownfish’s skin that makes it immune to the fish-eating anemone’s lethal sting.

Children and their parents can celebrate the season at this annual holiday event. Dig in to a delicious breakfast buffet and share your holiday wishes with the jolly ole' elf himself - Santa Claus! Children will decorate cookies with Mrs. Claus, create a holiday craft and see the zoo, too!
