Winter Camp Information

Each session of Winter Zoo Camp is designed for specific age groups.  Classes offer hands-on experience with Zoo tours, crafts, and activities throughout the week.  Campers may have the opportunity to see some animals up close and talk with keepers.  There will be a 1:7 adult to child ratio for each class.

Registrations must be mailed in, we cannot accept phone reservations.  Registrations will be filled in the order in which they are received.

A separate form is required for each individual child. If you have children who wish to attend the same session these registrations must be mailed in the same envelope.

All registrations received after Camp sessions are full will be held on a wait list.  If payment has been made with a personal check/money order, it will be returned to you after the date has passed.  If space becomes available, you will be contacted immediately. Spaces that open will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

If your child is enrolled and you must cancel for any reason, your registration fee is nonrefundable unless a child on the waiting list can fill the space.  In the event the cancelled slot is filled, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are happy to accommodate children with special needs.  Please contact the zoo office prior to the start of the session to discuss the accommodations needed.

        Winter Weather Policy
