Education & Conservation

Please reserve your Zoo to You program at least three weeks in advance. Dates can book quickly; Spring and Summer (April-August) are the busiest months and can fill up weeks or even months in advance.

Prices effective July 1, 2007

Mileage - If you are within a 10 mile radius of the Zoo, travel is free. If you are outside this radius, you will be charged $.45 per mile for any mile traveled beyond a 10 mile radius of the zoo. This fee is tabulated at the time of making your reservation.

* Pricing structure is subject to change without notice. Please check with the reservationist before booking your program to confirm that there have not been any price changes.

** In the auditorium programs, due to the large number of people, the animals will not be touchable.

*** On grounds program pricing does not include admission to the zoo. Please call to make group reservations.

Scholarships for Teachers

On occasion, the Zoo is awarded grant money to be used to aid financially needy groups requesting a Zoo to You program. If your grant application is approved, you may be awarded partial or full funding for your programs. Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you to reserve a program.
