The first of a two-day celebration of Planet Earth - Clean Up, Create, and Connect!
We invite the community to help spruce up the zoo grounds. Sign up for “Clean Up” to help with weeding, raking, mulching and trash pickup around the zoo starting at 9 a.m.
You can also “Create” better habitats for wildlife by doing a cleanup in your own neighborhood, planting wildflowers or a tree – then watch as these habitats flourish with life!
“Connect” and share your photos of what you did to improve your local habitat via social media with the hashtags #syracusezoo and #CelebratePlanetEarth for a chance to win a special prize!
