This elevated dining event is the highly anticipated successor of our previous Gourmet Dinner Pairing series. Guests will enjoy a "cocktail hour" experience with interactive stations, displays, and, of course, a delectable menu crafted by Catering at the Zoo Executive Chef Allison Walts featuring savory and sustainable seafood, paired with wines from Izzo's White Barn Winery! This event has been designed to educate about sustainable fishing practices to protect the world's oceans and aquatic wildlife while delighting your tastebuds.
