Adaptation of Animals
Be transported to a hidden world of wondrous adaptations and specialized senses as you encounter nocturnal species attuned to thrive in darkness. Let your eyes adjust to the dark so you can spot these amazing species engaging in behaviors that would otherwise remain shrouded in secret.
Aquariums/USS Antiquities Cave

Enter the submarine cave to take an evolutionary journey showing how life forms changed over time. Learn about the important role water plays in our world and the actions we can take to help keep it clean and healthy.
Diversity of Birds
A free-flight tropical rainforest habitat home to dozens of species of birds, each with their own unique colors and calls. Step into a world of wild wonder as birds wander throughout the space from ground level to upper canopy.
Social Animals
Home to multi-species habitats and rotating-species habitats (including the Zalie and Bob Linn Amur Leopard Woodland), this area showcases the social lives of different animal species, many of which live in groups with complex hierarchies and communal roles to survive. Although mostly indoors, this area also includes the outdoor areas of Primate Park and the summertime habitat for our Komodo dragon.
